Born on 6 July, as the daughter of DJ/engineer,I grew up surrounded by Calypso and Reggae music. I sang in the church choir. As a teenager I dabbled successfully as a model, lite acting and dance classes. I was featured in local newspapers, catalogs and magazines . I also appeared in local TV commercials.
