Been playing since April 2008 and right from the start showed a prodigious lack of talent but determined to keep going and improving. Not really interested in playing covers as I've got all this stuff in my head which I want to get out. Never going to be a rock star but who cares!!
Still experimenting and trying to find 'my style' but finding myself increasingly drawn to Delta style blues influence.
Putting stuff on here in the hope that people might listen to it and give me some feedback as pretty much writing and playing in a vacuum.
Pretty much anything I put on here is best described as a snapshot of a moment in time, a fleeting inspiration. Not polished, mixed, cleaned up or overdubbed, just presented as it came out - warts and all.
I've put the licencing costs high on everything - not because I have an over-inflated view of my stuff's value but simply - If anyone thinks there is something which they see of artistic merit and would like to use or perhaps sample something - I'd be really excited to talk with them about it rather than just seeing a payment come into the account.
