I like singing and making diy folk music with friends and alone. I'm a proponent of nonviolent activism and social change. I think we need to face the reality of global warming in a clear-eyed way, as the human race rather than as isolated interest groups. I agree with the wobblies that capitalism can't be reformed and will need to go,... soon, er, right away. I think all of our creativity is infinitely valuable, and that money and fame is not and should not be its measure. I think we need more equality and less strife in our daily lives.
I'm a Quaker and live with my wife on a rural land trust. I'm in the street at least once a week for peace.
