Manny Cardoso was born in Boston Mass to a Cape Verdean family. The development of his style is the result of a lifetime of musical creativity .His mother worked as a nursing assistant and father a welder he made the best with his time . As a child he gravitated towards writing songs and producing them. At the age of 15 he written his first song. Since then Manny has embarked on a musical ship and never looked back. In 2008 he played as many clubs, lounges, and gigs making sure he reached as many people as possible. He was quickly noticed for his unique style. His confidence growing and his style developed, he soon saw a loyal following beginning to grow and he became a popular topic in the Boston Music Scene with features in The Phoenix Boston ( called glittery ) , Boston Globe and other local papers he was becoming more and more popular. His talent, ability to pay lots attention was incorporated into his music and his stage presence only added to his allure, his unique sound was finding an appreciative audience. With TV appearances on Community Auditions Hosted by the hottest radio personality in Boston "Ramiro" only added to the already 350 hits a day online. His ambitions was growing with each passing day as his following. sharing the same stage as New Edition and The New Kids on The Block, Slick Rick, Method Man , Redman, R Kelly , Chris Brown and Usher Manny was hanging out with Robbie Devoe (Ronnie Devoes brother) and Chill Will. with the release of the song "Ever Girl" "Never Know" he awakened a new audience, and with the song "Mon amour" he solidified his uniqueness singing in three different languages singing in portuguese Creole, french and English getting over 30000 hits practically over night. Now in 2011 Manny Cardoso is releasing "The Epiphany" an album that adds an extra dimension to his songs . The album is available for download on Itunes and other major sites under Manny The Artist.
