Welcome to JohnnyJamz... I started out as a DJ in the late 80's. Moved from my home town of Shelby, NC to ATL in 1992 were I start to record on analog tape with some friends. After living in the ATL of over 3 half years I moved back to NC and started a recording lable. I mostly had local artisl. In 1996 I was sign to a lable by the name of Go Gotti Records out Charlotte NC to make beats. Once my contract was up there, me and some friend started a new company call Street Life Ent. from out of Shelby NC. I had to learn the hard way that friendship and business do not mix so, I step back from the music and focus on the business of the music industry. In 2009 I when to college to in Audio Engineer Certification. I have a recording studio in my house. I run ProTools 8.0, Vegas Pro 9, Reasons 5, Waves, BrainChild, SPL, SSL4000 and much more.
