Christian rap artist Jerome Eldridge, aka JEldridge, currently resides in Kansas City, MO but is proud to say he was born and raised in Midland TX. He met his wife in Joplin Mo and has four wonderful children, 3 girls and a boy. “I have been blessed with the opportunity to glorify God while doing what I love to do” says JEldridge. He has always had a passion for music, art and football and has been blessed with the ability to do all of them very well. His fans say his music is “catchy” and it keeps them “jumping up and running out of breath!”
If it’s in God’s will, his album, “I know my Purpose” will be released on August 12, 2011, the day of his birth. He is a local performer and has videos available for viewing now on his You Tube Channel, jeldridge123able.
JEldridge knew his purpose in 2009 when he set out on a quest to tell the story of his trials and tribulations through Christian Rap. He hopes that his story will change at least one life, he says “we’ve all fallen short of the glory of God, we shouldn’t worry about our sufferings and what tomorrow might bring, living for the glory of God is the key.”
JEldridge says “right now I’m just rejoicing in His Glory, always giving thanks and hopefully giving my Father a reason to smile.” This artist has been given the ability to speak and has chosen to do it for the Lord. Local artists say “he is unique, has great delivery, and great topics.”
