"Funk" became intrested in music at an early age,following the footsteps of his father,James Carter Sr. A music producer,song writer,and recording artist as well.
In 1990's Jay became the goto producer in Baltimore For that raw,dirty hiphop record on your project.Eventually (2000's)Jay took a serious interest in drumming and creating live arrangements for artist he produce.
Now you will find Jay either in the studio or on the stage as the drummer for some of DMV's most promising and talented artist.
