CJ began her life with a host of health problems. She was anointed and dedicated to God. At age two it was discovered that God gave her the love and gift of music.
She began her career as a gospel singer. She has sung in Liberal, Kansas, at “Singing in the Park,” “The Five State Fair” and “Gospel Fest.” For the year 2002 and debuting a new Christmas song in 2004 on Liberal’s Christmas album. Her music has been played on Radio stations, KSCB Rock and Roll, KZQD Spanish Gospel, KSLS Country, and was part of a television ad for the Liberal Christmas CD. CJ has been interviewed on KVII channel 7 out of Amarillo, Texas.
At age six, CJ completed her first album. Opened for a Haskel Cooley concert. Shared the morning church service with Steve Darmody, and Jennifer LaMountain.
CJ competed for a $100,000 dollar recording contract when seven. She placed third out of 154 adult contestants.
“Wait And See,” her own song, was registered with BMI at age ten.
In 2006 CJ was in three plays, “My Name is Not Alice,” “Once on this Island” and “The Music Man.” This same year The Southwest Symphony of Liberal, KS, accepted CJ as one of their members playing the violin, she also plays the piano.
2007 has CJ in three plays, “The Follies,” “The Frog Prince” and “The Sound Of Music.”
CJ wants others to know what God did for her, and that no problem is too big for God.
