DJ BlueStars was born in the summer of 2005 along with my friend Safety Cat. I've always loved electronic/trip hop music but I never really knew how to make it. I just knew how to play guitar, bass, drums and *cough* trumpet. My cousin burned me a program called Fruity Loops 5 (demo) one day and I put it on my computer but I didn't know a damn thing about it, so I just stared at it and well... just stared at it. Safety Cat came over and played around with the program and started to get the hang of it so he showed me the basics. I started playing around with it and one day made my first song (Incomplete) which the name came from the song was well... incomplete. Since it was the demo it didn't let me save the files and a thunderstorm shut my computer down so all I had was the basics of the song. More and more I started fooling around with the program and then completed my second song "A song for a falling star" that I had written from being inspired from a person that I no longer am inspired by. I completed my first EP in 2006 called "Fuchelle". I had writers block until 2008 where I was inspired again by all the changing events and the only place I had a get away was through my music. I would lock myself in my room day to day and just write. I became more creative and expansive with my music by learning more and more with the music programs that I had. My first song created for my latest album "Better Luck Next Time" was "Conquest" inspired by the hours on end of Mortal Kombat Safety Cat and I would play while locked inside of my room. Now that the album is almost complete I'm ready to show everyone how I've grown musically.
