"People always ask us, what type of music we make. We tend to ask them in return,"What is your favorite food?" That's because when it comes to DD, we like for an experience with us, in person, or through our music to be as enjoyable, memorable, and satisfying, as they're favorite food, pastime, or ummm guilty pleasure!!" says group member, Magic.
Though from a variety of backgrounds, all 4 members of this POP supergroup, hail from Chicago, or its surrounding suburbs. When asked they're ages, group dj,Dj/xs, explains,"We're of age, whatever that means." The groups members, Totallii,Magic,Pop Ularr, and Dj/xs! posess a young, vivacious, look that reflects both the energy, and youthful excitement of they're music.
Delicious Distraction's first single, from they're upcoming, self-titled album is entitled, "Materialistic-The Mall Song". A dance-driven, pop anthem, that is sure to be tatooed on the minds, music players, and radios, of ladies, young, and old, as well as anybody who simply loves to shop, and believes in,"...the best for the best, nothing less!".
"We want to make sure that when people see us perform, they NEVER know what to expect!" explains,Totallii,"We work really hard, and open ourselves up creatively to a lot of things, that people probably aren't used to seeing. And we hope to get even more "inventive" as time goes on."
