I am an extreme lover of popular music. My brain is like a sponge when it comes to music and movies. I have all this useless knowledge in my head. Like, did you know that Bryan Adams first single was a 12" disco record called "Let Me Take You Dancing?" I know, because I have it. I am a collector of music. I have worked all my life in record stores and video stores. It's very sad that those type of stores are a dying breed. As a customer service type person, my specialty was always finding a song for someone. Most of the time I knew it and didn't have to look it up. So now I wonder what to do with this bulk of information I hold in me. I truely wish I could find a good job where I could apply it...until then I luckily have to opportunity to write for an on-line GLBT newspaper, "We the People," which is based out of California.
