Big T is the CEO of Format records. A upstart label that formed in Virginia around 2001. I have been managing artists, and recording music for years. Currently, I run a coalition in Virginia called The C.O.V.E. (The Coalition Of Virginia Entertainment) Our website is WWW.COVEBIZ.WEBS.COM, and I can be reached on Twitter @big4mat. I am the original songwriter of the Motown group Zhane song "The Request Line". I am affiliated with a group of writers, and producers who came from the LOR Entertainment camp in Virginia Beach, this included Tony Thompson (R.I.P. ex-lead singer of Waco, TX R&B group Hi-Five), Karen Anderson, and the Neptunes.
