Trevor Lee Vick (born June 26, 1987), better known as Tre.p, is a rapper and member of the rap group DarkCyde.
Tre.p was born in Concord, California and was raised in Colfax, California. He started rapping at a young age with his best friend Aaron Ray Smith (born February 21, 1987), also better known as Rayzah.
Rayzah was born with a lung disease called Cystic fibrosis which led to a lung transplant in 2001. At this time Rayzah and Tre.p got serious about rapping and making beats . In Martinez, California where Rayzah lived at the time there was a local rap group called DarkCyde, who Tre and Rayzah idolized. Every weekend he would drive down from Colfax, California to Martinez, California to work on making beats, writing lyrics and recording songs with Rayzah. In 2004 Tre ran into the lead member of DarkCyde Timothy Langley better known as Tac. Long story short Tre got DarkCyde blasted on his forearm and was then apart of the group DarkCyde.
On April 21, 2009 Aaron “Rayzah” Smith past away from his long battle with Cystic fibrosis, leaving Tre feeling lost and frustrated with life. Losing the want to continue rapping put him in a bad state sending him into a 2 year drug and alcohol binge followed by having to go to rehab for alcohol.He is currently back in the studio working towards the dream of putting out the album he and rayzah never got the chance to make
