Hmm. I lag, evidently. Let's see...what's new? Disillusioned with the political nothing sounds bombarding me every night via print, TV and radio. I think it's slowly driving me mad. However, I feel the unstable environment might be fertile ground for new song ideas. Why not turn bad news into a song? It's the nature of the Blues! 2010 has flown by, not much on the musical front to report other than writing a couple new songs, a couple of scratch recordings and entering a local songwriting contest. Wish me luck! Looking forward to an open mic night down the street from me starting in January. Perhaps I'll see you there. Cheers!
