I was born July 25, 1989 in Birmingham, Al. My mother was a stripper so growing up i was always the "man" of the house having to take care of my brother and sister. As time went by I didnt have the same oppurtunities as the other children growing up in the neighborhood as far as playing sports, especially when I was in a household that had an extreme motto to live by "Money makes the world go round!" At 11 years old, I started getting into the art of freestyling to fit in with the other kids, or more like find my acceptance in a place where I didnt feel I belonged, because my goals and aspirations weren't the same as the others. I didn't want to be the next MJ or Barry Sanders...I wanted to simply be succesful and better than my mother ever was. BY the time I was 13 I found myself getting into more and more trouble from simply just standing up for what I believed in. That trouble landed me into the system, where i would spend my teenage years growing up...literally.. being in a place of constant pain and struggle helped me develop my art of writing my experiences down on paper, instead of making things up like other people do. 10 years later I've accomplished the mission of being successful and better than my mother ever was so I'm content with that, but I'm still not satisfied, because I havent brought my dream into reality yet...So if you're looking to listen to music that you can relate to, give me a chance.-Brien Gunn
