An R&B/Hip-Hop super group out of Orange County Ca has made it a mission to make a serious dent into the music industry. Not only the blessings of great harmonic voices, but also the blessings of real, instrumental, musicianship has made its way back into the world. 8 of Spades is everything you want but nothing you expect!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
4 friends that emerged in The OC to create great music. The group started in 1998 and we are still together til this very day!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes we do.We play where ever we can. We've had pretty big performances at the Century Club in Los Angeles, The Galaxy Theatre in Costa Mesa, and The House Of Blues in Hollywood!
Your musical influences
All composers from Bach to Mozart to Liszt,
Boyz 2 Men, N.W.A., Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Brian Mcknight, Babyface, 2pac, anyone who has basically made an impact in music.
What equipment do you use?
Piano, Yamaha Motif es8, Guitar( acoustic and electric), Bass, Turntables, Drums,logic pro 7, God Blessed Voices.
