Founded in 1997, O.T.L Entertainment began as a grass roots independent production company and record label. Soon after, O.T.L made its first major move by partnering with Owen Rattliff, President/CEO of Ratti Entertainment Group. With their strong networking system already in place, immediately the dividends from hard work begin to pay off. Music connections that once seemed out of reach were not at our disposal to include powerful music connections here in the United States, Canada, England, Germany, Japan, Scandinavia and the Netherlands to name a few.
Over the years, our directors and officers have Studied, Analyzed and Inverse Engineered all aspects of the Entertainment Industry to include touring, management, record companies, booking agents, entertainment law, producing, engineering, music marketing, promotions, and artist development.
Our services include artist representation and management, contract negotiation, event promotion, radio promotion, distribution, publishing, CD design, pressing and duplication, tour promotion, live and studio audio recording and synchronization.
O.T.L focuses on approaching the industry through unique Management, Marketing and Promotion styles unmatched by any in todays industry. Can we guarantee success, Not at all, can we help, and of course we can.
We are constantly working with musician's guilds BMI and ASCAP, independent and major record labels and entertainment agents to increase our resources and knowledge for furthering and enhancing the development of its our clients. The company organized concerts for major recording artist as well as unsigned, sponsored charity events and entertainment seminars, and has also co-hosted talent shows and showcases for the likes of Epic and other record companies. O.T.L Entertainment has offices in New York, Ohio, and West Virginia and owns the production company 61 Keys. Our exciting and energetic staff dedicates hours of focused energy towards cultivation our clients and their music.
In March 2004, O.T.L successfully secured a strategic business alliance with Glenn Toby, founder of Glenns Grooves Productions. This company has an enviable roster of corporate clients, which include: Sony Music Corp., Motown Records, Home Box Office Atlantic Records, and B.M.G Music Publishing. This alliance assures that all clients will have the best representation possible, along with a staff who actually cares about their current situation as well as their future entertainment careers.
Most of our relations are with senior AR and upper level management executives. We value the relationships we have developed and have earned a high degree of respect from the industry, hence we will continue to protect our image and integrity and only present unique, viable, highly produced acts to labels. In saying this, our decision to represent potential clients is based on an extremely and highly critical process, making it very difficult and competitive.
O.T.L has access to the industries top record producers as well as the in house production and engineers of 61 Keys, Musicians, Attorneys, Agents and Promoters.
