The members include Chance, Neo and T.L., being produced under MPR Entertainment. They took on the name '3strikes' because California was the only state in the US with the three strike law. Their name symbolizes how they intend on striking upon the world their HipHop/Rap music influence and style. And just so there is no mistake, they are out to turn heads and dominate the markets that they walk through.
