This is another Riff I recorder before installing the new pickups. I think I noticed a major difference in tone quality after installing the Duncan Performers. They were a pain to install, but it was due to lack of the right tools and experience

I wanted to test how well the Korg Digital Track Recorder worked when it came to open air recording. This was recorded using the built in microphone in a small room with 2 acoustic tracks.(lead and rhythm). Some Post editing, but not much.

This is a riff I wrote right before installing the new pickups. It was dropped tuned a lot, in fact I don't even know if it was close to drop C anymore since I didn't tune it before the recording. I had a reason for doing that though. no tuner.

I had to use my Korg Digital Track recorder for the track. It has built in distortion. Not too bad either, but not as good as my full DAW on my desktop. Only used the Korg recorder because I am still not up and running with my desktop.
Clean Sounds Clean Sounds
The new Pickups seem to do really good with Clean channels. I added a lead part. It seems to do great with that as well. So this guitar will basically be used for clean and leads only or if I do classic rock..hehe :)
