Livewire is the first act released out of Greensboro, NC label 2nd floor basement productions. The hip hop act has been critically acclaimed for witty lyrics and great beats different from normal dirty south artists.Band/artist history
Livewire started in 2000, the first full length release, "last call" was released in 2003. The group consists of two artists, Epic and Technique. Both reside in North Carolina.Have you performed in front of an audience?Currently we mainly produce for other local act although live performances may begin as early as this summer

2nd floor produces everything in house using a mpc 2000, emu mp-7, etc. Mixing is done on Cakewalk Sonar v 2.2, then the final mix is run through a finalizer for mastering.Anything else?
