(To lease a beat, contact me on prahjectnyc@gmail.com) (Leases gives you a right to put the track you record on ONE album only that can be used for promotional and financial gain. However you do not OWN the rights to the beat unless you purchase the exclusive right to the beat, therefore the beat can still be leased or sold to other people)

- Exclusive Beats are not priced in general, they are priced individually and are NEGOTIABLE! One thing it is, they are CHEAP! (Exclusives give you a full right to the beat allowing you to do what you please with it, you will be the sole user of that beat and the beat will not be able to purchase no longer)

- Custom Beats - If you have a sample or you have an idea and you would like a custom beat made for you, then that is fine, however this custom beat would only be for an exclusive as it is custom. To go about doing this you should email me at prahjectnyc@gmail.com with your wants and I will require a $10 deposit. Obviously this will be returned once you have purchased the beat or you have decided that you wont be needing it anymore.  

- Free Downloads (THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE FREE RIGHTS TO THE BEAT!!!!! Those beats titled free download allow you to download for free and use it for PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY..NO FINANCIAL GAIN so for myspace/soundclick etc. THERE IS A POSSIBLITY I may put a beat up for free for a free lease meaning you can profit from it BUT that WILL BE SPECIFIED UNDER THE SPECIFIC TRACK INFORMATION)
