211 Entertainment is a record label and creation of J.$tyle, offering some of the most gifted artists in the Bay Area an outlet to showcase their talent. 211 Entertainment has astonished the Bay Area music scene with the level of talent and professionalism of the talented people on the independent level in the Bay Area since 1993. We have been in the forefront by the use of tomorrow’s technology today in the recording and sharing of our music with the world!
We have been very active in the independent record scene in the Bay Area. We have made available to the public several songs, all in various genres from Gospel, R&B, hardcore rap, to pop radio friendly format. This breakthrough company features production from J.$tyle, whose beats have been featured on indie projects for nearly a decade. 211 artists & producers have been featured on no less than 4 projects available within this calendar year alone!!! We have been featured on award winning movie soundtracks and have scored some independent films! We have recently built an all inclusive web site devoted to getting our information out to potential business partners and increasing our fan base! Our websites have had well over 60,000 plays and infinitely more hits and and that may be conservative. All this from a small independent label, as the saying goes we must be doing something right!!!
Our last major offering was in conjunction with our parent company Sound Table Recordings, is titled Soundtrack 2 Your Life. It was formatted like a movie soundtrack in that it has many different styles of music, it has something for everyone. This project was a sort of coming of age for our performers and now they stand ready to take over the industry. We have released 3 total projects! Including one album which served notice to the bay area as whole. The newest project reflects the growth process we have undertaken. It is a rap album entitled
