20-twenty vision
20-twenty is a label I'm starting up. my goal: to bring any genre of music to true heads not being bias to anything except WACK ASS music. I am Abel, and I'll be on the look out for any new artist from lower lower lower southern cali, and i do mean ARTISTS. My school years about to end so afta that I'm diving head first into this. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
well i began this like about two to three years ago. i first started as a dj then began writin jus to write next thing im rappin making a hit wit my homies called "no name". later on met others in the struggle to bring hip hop bak. i began writn more structured, we played a few shows then got addicted. whats next is the reason im here... we couldnt get no show so FUK IT! was the motto, we started helpin ourselves to anythng wit a stage and mics began throwin show at houseparties now here i am.. dreamin of bringin sum real shit out of were i reside.. along wit the deranged affiliates, borderline, hands up committee(mike) and a bunch of other heads... i havent even began puttin all of my shit but yeah here some of it listin and leave thoughts at message board... thank u..
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
YES. anywhere they take us, we'll play. i love playin live its the ultimate rush. Everytime Im on stage its a special moment, but right now playing at our variety show in school is the one that sticks to mind we performed the intro and goaah the first show was lower than mediocre but the night show was ON POINT!!!
Your musical influences
lowriding oldies, soul oldies, of course hip-hop, jazz, all rock 'cept goth and death metal, and pretty much anytype of music that kraks my neck and make me say THAT IS THE SHIT
What equipment do you use?
FL, CLOSET STUDIO. AND A WAK ASS MIC... BUT HEY IT GETS THE JOB DONE
