15 16 puzzle
Two guys from the wrong side of the tracks with heart to spare, and two guys with talent out out the ying-yang adds up to four guys from a coalmining town that have nothing to do with this band.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
This band started when I was born, which was exactly one year to the day before my first birthday. (Strange, but true.) I made up my first song when I was 4 years old: it was a song that I used to sing myself to sleep. It involved a clapping break, which oddly enough is now #1 on my list of things that keep me awake. Someone showed me how to play the guitar along the way, which I continue to do as I sing songs. Nowadays, my clapping is kept to a minimum, much to the dismay of sleepy four-year-olds everywhere.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I don't play live. I do this many different places, for example: I don't play live in my living room, and also at the local grocery store.
Your musical influences
It's lo-fi (ughgh) hooky pop music played by dropouts from Vaudeville Punk Rock High, most of the time.
