WHAT IS LEASE/NE?
Leasing means:
-that you are allowed 1 recording on that beat
-you are allowed to sell up to 1500 copies royalty free
-You don't own the beat, you are buying the license to use it and make profit from it. I may still sell the beat.
*I Do not give contracts for leasing, your purchase of a beat is a evidence of your agreement
If you want the beat to be yours, you will need to buy exclusive rights/EX which start at $150 but are typically no less than 30 or no more than $500/depending on the beat.
If you buy a beat exclusively:
-It will not be sold again or available to other artists
-It will be yours, you own the rights
-You can use it for unlimited recording and songs
*I give contracts for exclusives transferring the rights over to you
