TEMPTN SILKY SMOOTH
This is NOT a Band, it's a record label out of Baltimore,Md called: TOO SERIOUS RECORDS.
Why this name?
I choose the name of that label, because everything I do/have done has turned: TOO SERIOUS, and has gotten good feedback.
Do you play live?
Myself personally, no I don't play live. However, my artists: Capers, Madi Simmons, and Willow Tha Wiz all play live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For myself, it has gotten me distribution, and caused me to be heard. The internet is a good promotional/Marketing tool.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I have distribution with a independent distribution, but major can be discussed but it has to be:
Non-exclusive
50/50
and I get to keep the stage name I have
As far as my artists, you'd have to ask them. I'm sure a few of them want some sort of distribution.
