This was the band page for my musical projects, approximately dated 2005-2007.

It is now obsolete, current projects can be found at www.soundclick.com/fakeplasticsounds.

Thank you.
Why this name?
Random thinking. I would change it now, but that would lose my identity.
Do you play live?
Nope. Not with this project. With the full band, hopefully soon.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It allows people to share their music freely, although some people tend to abuse it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I dont think a major label would like me much.
Band History:
Once there was a boy named rob. One day he ran into the local guitar center and said "I WANT A RED ONE!!!11!!!1!!", so they gave him a red squier guitar before he broke anything. And the rest... is history...
Your influences?
My musical interests/influences-- encompass many genres. The main influence would probably be one of the various forms of metal (black, death, doom, drone, heavy, thrash, etc etc). Next greatest would be alternative/experimental (noise, math rock, ambient rock, anything weird). Other lesser influences include punk, blues, grunge, classical, and jazz. Actually quite a bit of jazz now. Would appreciate being told some good jazz artists.
Favorite spot?
Mars. Thats where I belong. With the aliens there, that the government is hiding from you.
Equipment used:
Guitars:Old 60sish Classical, Squier HH Strat.
Amps:Crate 15w (for practice/recording/weird reverb effect)
Other Gear: D'arrdio/Ernie Ball strings, Digitech Death Metal Distortion Pedal, picks of all gauges and brands, random piano, vocal cords, toothbrushes, drumsticks, computer mic, Buzzmachines, MadTracker, Hammerhead Drum Editor, Audacity Audio Editor, turntable, pencil, paper, a deranged mind.
Anything else...?
Stop reading and start using your ears.
