The Mother Fakirs is an international artists collective, specializing in various ethnic musical styles combined with a modern edge.
There are many members of this collective but it is the brainchild/idea of
Amun Abdul-Khabir(Kevin Bottorff).
Other members include
Sri Dayananda Vishwamitra(Bill MacKechnie of Anubis Spire), Hakim Ahava Kiva(Leo Taglialavore)(REST IN PEACE HAKIM!! WE LOVE YOU ETERNALLY), Habib Al Fayez(Marlon Kempmann) and Abhi Bali(Jerry Willard) to name a few.

Hakim Ahava Kiva aka Leo Taglialavore passed away recently. We will miss him greatly!!! He help start The Mother Fakirs and was a great influence to Amun.
