The Head Dwellers

Taking up the title as boring Scotts Valley's weirdest band, Thge Head Dwellers are a five person ska/rock/new age/blues/punk fusion monstrosity. With songs adressing such issues as love, life, rodents, politics and pie, The Head Dwellers are one of the oddest things out there!
Do you play live?
We play wherever we can, but that often simply means taking the acoustic instruments to the street and bringing the insanity to the masses, whether they like it or not. We have played a few more traditional concerts as well, which usually end in a lot of flailing and instrument throwing. Travis usually doesn't survive.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Lets unsigned nobodies like us self-promote ourselves into oblivion.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We were about to, but then we woke up. (No more late-night pasta and Neapolitan Ice cream for us...)
Band History:
The band was started around 2003, no one can remember for sure. In that time we have gone through vocalists, rhythm guitarists, and saxophonists. Our basic idea in the begining was to win over an audience with insane stage antics (honestly, who wants to watch five people stand there and try to look cool as they play? We want a show!). We've progressed quite a bit though, and our music has caught up to our stage presense.
