13TH Hour will always be about the music...and the fun. But mostly the music. The audience is important too. Yeah, I'd say the audience is important. So we are all about the audience...and the fun. No, the music, then the fun...and if there's time, we'll enjoy a martini.
Seriously though, we are almost never serious. Are goal is to have as much fun as humanly (and humanely) possible on stage. And that will always spill out into our audiences.
Our performances are geered towards the spontaneous spirit of great performers like the old Rat Pack Vegas shows, early Van Halen (DLR ver. 1), etc. And we take requests.

Why this name?
We chose the 13th Hour, because The Beatles was already taken by some band from Liverpool.

Do you play live?
Our guys have played some private gigs, some impromptu sets at the Doheney Salloon, The Blue Cafe in Long Beach, Original Mikes in Santa Ana, The Coach House in San Juan Capistrano, and The House of Blues in San Diego.
Band History:
I'll introduce the guys:
Guitar: Ante Bullum is the firey spirit of 13th Hour. He will make your ears bleed and your skin burn, and visa-versa.
Bass: Tomo Bullum is the passionate pulsating rhythm that will take your breath away. He is brings the party to the stage.
Drums: Brad Sachs is the foundation, the security, and the heartbeat of the band. He's pretty darn exciting to watch too.
Vocals, harmonica, congas: I am Gabriel Negrete and my job is easy with the incredible talent that surrounds me.
Vocals: Our newest member, Evita Frazer has a beautiful sultry voice and can croon with the best of them, then flip the ticket by rocking like the very best female voices in rock. She does Ann Wilson proud with her rendition of Barracuda.

Your influences?
Robin Trower, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, U2, and the guy who wrote, "By....Menen!"
Favorite spot?
Brad's place is always cool. The Blue Cafe is fun too.
Anything else...?
We had the most amazing time at Original Mikes on Friday (Feb 22). My hands are STILL aching from playing the congas. The crowd was very receptive and I was in seventh Heaven, on stage with my band! March will be busy, but 13th Hour will be back on stage in about a month. Stay tuned!
