Leasing Rights/License:

When you had chosen a beat (or song) from my music page, you must send me a short e-mail with the title (name) of the beat (or song) and the license type (Leasing Rights or Exclusive Rights). Then I tell you the pricing and after you had paid the price, you will receive an encoded MP3 file of the beat (or song). Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos, but you have the full rights to record or mix the beat (or song) in any form. When someone buys the exclusive rights to the beat (or song) you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. Upon purchasing Leasing Rights, TeaBang Productionz still owns the beat(s) and TeaBang Productionz is able to resell the beat(s) to any other person until Exclusive Rights have been purchased!!! You must however give full credit to TeaBang Productionz (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings!!!

Exclusive Rights/License:

Exclusive rights guarantee you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You will receive a contract in the mail that granted you the Exclusive Rights to the beat. TeaBang Productionz may no longer lease or sell the beat (or song), except for prior Leasing Rights holders and on his own page (no downloads there). You must however give full credit to TeaBang Productionz (artist and/or producer name) on all commercial recordings!!!

Custom Beats:

Custom Beats are beats who are made in extra agreement with the shopper. The shopper can say what kind of instrumental (style, instruments, length, tempo, percussions etc.) he would like to have. No one else had this instrumental; therefore they are not in my music page!!! Custom Beats are only made for persons who directly contact me under ---teabang@web.de--- to say what kind of sound they want. When the beat (or song) are ready I will contact you for informations about the file format and other details. The rights of the beat you had developed with me, owned to 100% only by you and me.

Free Beats:

Free downloadable beats (or songs) on my site are exclusive for promotion use. The Free Beats are subscribed in the info box with *FREE DOWNLOAD*. Some free beats (or songs) are provided with a “TeaBang Productionz” audio tag. The consumer can use free beats for non-profit promotional use or demos!!!
