"As well consult a butcher on the value of vegetarianism as a doctor on the worth of vaccination." - George Bernard Shaw

http://www.drlenhorowitz.com/news/vaccine_articles_list.html

This file contains educational resources, including a few of Dr. Horowitz's highly controversial scientific opinions regarding vaccinations. You may, or may not, appreciate his views. Reader beware! . . . Pass at your own risk. You may never think the same way about the sacred cow of public health, mass vaccinations. . . .

"The power of accurate observation is called cynicism by those who have not got it." - George Bernard Shaw

Well, well, well, hello and welcome. What took you so long?

Never mind...now you're finally here.
So let me tell you a little bit about the songs posted.
Some of them are quite old and the recording quality leaves something
to be desired but I'm a bit emotionally attached to them therefore they're included here.
For me it's all about the creative process.
I just love to write new stuff.
Some of these compositions are like painters sketches that
at any time can be transformed into something more complete.
One of the reasons for this site is to encourage my students
to explore the possibility of original compositions.

"Imagination is the beginning of creation.
You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine and at last you create what you will." - George Bernard Shaw

I hope you visit often and simply enjoy the music.
Comments are always welcome.
All the best.
Tad.

Do you play live? Where? Do you like it? Any special moments?

http://jam.canoe.ca/Music/Pop_Encyclopedia/C/Chalk_Circle.html#photos

I play in a band called Chalk Circle
and yes we still perform occasionally when time permits.

http://umusic.ca/chalkcircle/
(click pic)

Special moments...
many...touring with Rush, Tears for Fears, Crowded House,
opening for Brain Setzer, Waterboys, Blue Peter and many others
as well as recording in the studio with Moe Koffman, Hugh Marsh,
Jane Sibery, Holly Cole,Jason Sniderman,
Chris Wardman and many others.
Travelling to different countries, meeting new people...
actually every moment is special in its own way.

Before Chalk Circle I toured extensively with Gdansk Medical Academy Choir performing a cappella music, oratorio, gospel as well as various musical styles by both Polish and foreign composers.

Being part of Mozarts Requiem and Beethovens Ninth Symphony would definetly qualify as a special moment.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Since the internet my royalty cheques became smaller. At the same time people can hear independant unreleased compositions and that's good.

Would you still sign a record contract with a major label?

Yeah...in a heartbeat providing you have a good lawyer that will prevent you from signing a bad deal.
I also feel this way because self promotion can very easily become
a full time job leaving little or no time for the creative process.
