Hailing from Scotland, Steven McLachlan may only be early 20's but he already has a mountain of success under his belt.

The self confessed music addict takes his influence from everywhere, which shows in his wide variety of recorded tracks.

Carving his career out of nothing more than some unique vocal & lyrical talent as well as desire to perform & entertain, Steven McLachlan is one of independent-pops rising names.

Neither fame hungry or seeking a major deal for maximum exposure, he started his singing career at just 15 after winning a well known talent search. At 16, he started his recording career. Since then it has been a string of performances & releases, while he strengthened & worked on his talents along the way.

One of his career highlights includes his recording of country-pop song When You Say Nothing At All receiving 21,000+ downloads and being number 1 on many country charts.

Currently, Steven is working on his forthcoming album due for release late 08/early 09. The singer has also been providing vocals a for concept album with Mark Sheeky (Gunstorm, I Love You For Your Money) & is planning a single with dance act GQB Project. As wel as all this, Steven has even managed to find time to perform some intimate shows.
