September 29th is a folk-rock/blues/electronic band formed, or rather born on September 29th 1983.
It is a solo band as Olgostin does all of the composition, arrangements and production as well as singing, playing the acoustic/electric guitars, bass, keyboards and programming the drums.

Why this name?
My band is a Libra ;)
Do you play live?
Not at this moment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
From my point of view it helped unknown musicians to share their songs with other people, and that's important, for music is in its nature a bridge between different angles and it must be heard to exist.
Yet I believe also that, unfortunately, music industry has become more and more difficult to reach with the advent of the internet and the mp3 sharing. It's kind of funny but did you notice that the record labels websites are totally unuseful for unsigned musicians willing to get in touch with someone involved in the music industry? They never express their demo policy or if they do, certainly, is to say that they don't accept any unsolicited material, they never display any contact information, or if they do, certainly, the email address they give you is 99% not working. Either they need you, and they themselves will find you, either you just don't exist. And that's awful, for I believe there are enough people on this earth to reply to anyone who has a question to ask. Blablabla...

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, I would. But I'd be the same person as I am, now. That is, I'll look after the human side of music. I know it sounds idiot but it's not, believe me. Blablabla...
Band History:
I've never fitted in anywhere, so after years of asking people to form a band with me I decided to give it up and become my own band.
Last Summer (2007) I released my 15-track debut album "Herald of the morn". It was self-produced. It costs 15 €, shipping included.

Your influences?
Good music. Blablabla...
Favorite spot?
I don't feel like drawing up a long list.... London? Barcelona? Greece? Moscow? Tromsø? Blablabla...
Equipment used:
I have two guitars, an acoustic and an electric one; a bass, some harmonicas, a computer with a keyboard I convert into a musical one (yeah, that's funny), Logic software, an audio interface, a couple of cables, a phantom mic.... blablabla...
Anything else...?
I'm a pacifist. Be humane, people. Be human!
