Fifteen years ago, on the carribbean island of Trinidad, a six year old boy is playing with his grandmother's stereo. He found one of his uncles mixtapes and decided that he could make a better one. He placed the cassette into the stereo,hit the pause button then the record button. He would pause and unpause as certain parts of songs played through the day on the radio.

Almost eight hours later, he had made his first mixtape! He played it as loud as he could in celebration of his accomlishment. His uncle heard his chopped up mixtape and immediately beat the little boy.


After a serious beat down, the boy's grandmother presented him with a cheap V-Tech keyboard. That day music gave birth to a son.
