Yes, I do play live. I usually play coffeehouses, but I've also played at churches, farmer's markets and I've even been known to busk the streets throughout the West! In April 2007, I made my "Hollywood" debut in front of Grauman's Chinese Theatre...not profitable, but it was a thrill to play my music in the Entertainment Capitol of the World and see if the average joe would pay attention...and they DID! Pretty cool, huh?

I'm also open to performing for charity events, weddings and other special events. If you're in the Pacific Northwest and would like to have me perform, just email and we'll talk.

It's a great and liberating opportunity for those who may be overlooked by the standard recording industry to still get our original music out there, and to find our market rather than being forced to conform to the corporate idea of what our music "should" be!

Probably not. The more I learn about that aspect of the recording industry, the less I like or even desire to be a part of that! If getting "signed" means abandoning my core beliefs and artistic integrity in order to be a "star", then I'd rather spend my days as an "indie"... creating and delivering 100% uncompromisingly natural acoustic folk rock and blues...real music 4 real people!

I LOVE being on the Coast...either Malibu, CA or Newport, Oregon but anywhere by the sea is great!

I like keeping it simple. It's just my voice and one of two guitars, a Yamaha F-310 or my thrift shop quality Abeline.

Please...I don't understand why folks are so obsessed with "rating" stuff ala American Idol. In fact, I dislike rating or being rated on anything. That's not what music is or should be about.

Just LISTEN and enjoy the works...or move onto something you like better. Don't clarify or classify my music...or anyone else's, either. I make my music for ME and for those who appreciate music for music's sake, not to be considered "hot" or a "flop."
