sorry i dont check my board very often.. and to be honest i always just stick a disclaimer in the full song info tab that says basically "the sample hasnt been cleared, be responsible and work with the copyright holders before release, you have been warned" and i make sure to include the same general disclaimer type ish in the contract/emails with the artist.
