I am a girlie girl who loves running. I have been running since I was 13. I tried shot put but that didn't take me far. So...I just ran until someone got me to play soccer and that stuck. So, if I am not working and celebrating finally finding the love of my life...radio broadcasting....You'll find me playing soccer or listening to some great tunes.

What is It? It is the basic principle that tv and radio have the obligation to address all sides of public controversy during the course of their broadcasting. Implied in the Communications Act of 1934. Formalized in 1949. Reagan administration argued broadcasters have the right to put on what they want, when they wanted (free of government guidelines).
