I've been playing the piano since I was 7. I begged my mom (a piano teacher) to teach me how to play scales. Fortunately she let me take lessons, but I wish I would have practiced scales more! It wasn't until the 90's that I learned to play by ear, mostly thanks to Ron Thrall. And then just a few years ago I put all the music away and started composing my own stuff. Janet, Thank you so much for taking the time to give the old guy a listen and make him feel good. The minute I saw your face I felt blessed to have such a nice friend as you. I love the pic you have up on your site, goodness you are very pretty and I don't mean that in a flirty way at all. ..So when can I expect you new one up? I will be on vacation starting Monday for a week up North. Gotta get away and write some new stuff... I'm so sensative about things,, my next door neighbor lady passed away on Wednesday to cancer and she was only 47. OUCH! The need for me to get away is absolute for my own sanity sake.
