Yep, Lastwind is now re-formed as a 5 piece. Still Paul Hayles on vocals and keyboards but now with Ken Pustelnik (ex-Groundhogs) on drums, Hugo Morgan (The Heads) on bass and Latch Manhat and Sol Latif on guitars. And the new album, Return of a Sonic Assassin, is out worldwide on Flicknife Records, May 28th 2012. Look out for it. It's heavy, it's spacey, it rocks.

WATCH OUT. After a quiet couple of years, LASTWIND is back in action. WE are recording a new album RETURN OF A SONIC ASSASSIN which is coming out on FLICKNIFE RECORDS in early summer. And the band, with a new line-up will be gigging in the second half of the year. Tracks from the new album will be posted here soon.

2009 I really devoted to my other 'band', DowntimeProject - also on Soundclick. Ths is more Urban music but has some crossover with Lastwind. But I still do occasional Lastwind tracks, like And On And On. Equally I am working with a new collaborator, Johnny Trousers on some totally different material which will come out under the name POLYMORPH. These are new songs but fairly retro. So there's lots of life in me and I'm determined to get one of these outfits out gigging before the end of the ye...
