Hi Rob

Its been some time since I announced any musical news on my page, but here I am.

Only this time the song is NOT composed by me and neither are the vocal work but I sure that you can hear that.

The acoustic beauty is written and sunged by Claus A from Denmark whom I met at a Danish site similar to soundclick. I play the keys and a little acoustic guitar. I feel extremely priviliged that he allowed me to work with him on this song.

It is called Streets and you can hear it here.: http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8061270

Claus has opened a site in here too: http://www.soundclick.com/members/default.cfm?member=clausa so please visit him and make him feel welcome.

Stay tuned

BestRegards

I was able to listen to the first 8 of your songs this morning. Just gorgeous. I love what you do and how you do it. What are you using for your piano sound? Or is this all live?
Rob,
I'm still in shock about what you wrote about the song "Blessed By a Rose". I humble now... Never really think of myself as that good.. Yes, I'm Okay but not great. That's just life. If only I was young again I might push and push to be heard above the masses of other writers of song. I'm just me,,, And though I'd like to be heard by the world,,, well,,, that won't ever happen at my age. We have a stigma in society that only youth can write songs... Amazing huh?
Thank you for your lovely complements.. I truly appreciate hearing from people like yourself who are extremely tallented with a huge heart.
Your Friend,
BOB
Hi Rob

The title song in my Circle of Life Project is the song telling the event on Ascension Day. The vocal on this one is performed amazingly by Kevin Rosenberger, Paul Barny plays the lead guitar, Dale Kaul plays the flute, Andrez Henriquez on violin, Michael Duran helped out with some SFXs and I fill in the rest. http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7606518. This one is a very heartfelt ballad, so if you like then stop by, lean back and push play. Have a nice Ascension day on Thursday. I will return with the next tune (Whit Sunday) in around 10 days.

Enjoy
BestRegards

Hi Rob, If you get a chance, I'd like to invite you over to have a listen to 'As for me, I believe' - it's a Danny Horton song that I've just finished a version of. I'm madly trying to learn the keyboards! This one has the most keyboard parts I think I've ever put into a song!! Cheers - John
Hi Rob,

Thanks for adding me as a friend. It's a pleasure to meet you officially so to speak. Again, thank you for your help on the forum, I've uploaded a few clips of the gig over the last couple of days.

It's after 1.00am and I'm listening to more of your instrumentals. Celtic Voyage and Autumn Reflections are both lovely and so soothing. I'll be back soon to listen to more soon. Please take this as a compliment. Your music is just perfect to lay back and drift off to the land of nod.

Take care

 Hi Rob
Santa is comming to (mo)town this year. We did a little extra backing vocal work on this and I think both of my nieces Anne and Gry did very good. So fasten your seatbelt and get ready for a sleigh ride with Santa. If you are still in Christmas mood after the ride, then you can take a walk in the wonderful Winter (westcoast) wonderland. Anne is singing this and the elf Paul Barny added a little magic to this as well.

So drop by if you are in the mood for a little Christmas spirit and thank you very much for your patience with all my presents here during December. I can't help it. LOL

Thank you very much for the times that youve stopped by during 2008 spending precious time listening to my work. It's inspirering and encouraging and keeps the spirit alive.

I wish you and your family a merry christmas and a happy new year

BestRegards

Hi Rob. Just read your comment on my tune "Breithla sona Duit". What can I say - there are some comments along the way that really stand out for themselves and the one you wrote just made my day. THANK YOU !!!

I have to say that I couldn't have done this without the contributions I received from Kevin Rosenberger, Morten Gjermundsen, Andre Henriquez, Michael Duran, Bobby Mack and Paul Oakley. They really lifted this tune way beyond my expectations, so the nice words are not for me to receive alone :)

What can I say, but thanks :)

Best Regards from Copenhagen

 Hey Rob

I have composed a little present for you for the soon coming holidays.

Easter is the first song in the project Circle of Life the event of the holidays.

In this song I got help from some friends in here.:

Kevin Rosenberger is bringing in lot of spirit and emotion with his fantastic voice.

My nieces Anne and Gry stepped in and added the very nice backingvocals.

The guitarsolo far up and over the hills by Morten Gjermundsen.

And Michael Duran came in with his guitar synth and plays the song to an endingt nice and quitetly.

For my own part well, I have programmed the drums, played the bass, keys, acoustic guitar and electric rhythm guitar and added a little backing vocals too.

The song is VERY different from my previous work. More classic, progressive some would even call it musical alike, but listen and judge yourself. I hope you like what you hear :-)

Happy Easter
Lasse
