Hey you guys, it's been a long time since I've been on this site. Transitions have been tough, moving back to the mainland getting used to the California scene. Wrote 2 songs on the guitar and hopefully will be able to put them up soon, as soon as I can figure out how to use the recording software!!! Just a virgin performer. After the 2nd gig, in the pic, I adjusted to anything. It was so noisy, and people running around, that I had to concentrate. Boy, do you feel the energy of people out there when you are on the 'spot-light'! Thanks for all your support. Hi again Bonnie.. Hoping all is well this Holiday Weekend. (providing your in the states). If you find some free time check out my newest composition called Casual Funking. It's an experiement to show people they can record decent sounding music for very little money. In this case I used an Unmodified Strat plugged directly into the laptop, then finished off with a free reverb VST anyone can obtain legaly on the net right from the guy who created it. While I labored on the rest of the composition, the guitar is the example of simplicity and what one can do with only a guitar, a cord, a laptop and no overdubs. Bonnie, Thank you very much for the add, you're making me blush...I would love to play in Hawaii...it's been 30 whole years since my last visit there, unfortunately family obligations here in Washington (st) will not allow me to travel for a while (I'm my fathers caretaker, because he's going through cancer treatment) and I have two teenaged sons that I'm caring for...but keep in touch, things could change...thanks for adding "You Know What" to you station...believe me, I'm am real flattered at your offer and will still consider it...you rock my world...
