Hi, my name is Brian Lucas and I play atmospheric, experimental music with bluesy overtones. I stopped playing guitar in my early teens and never picked one up again until a couple of years ago. Now all this music that has been bottled up in my head over the last three decades is slowly starting to come out. I love the Blues and basically anything to do with guitars. I just wanted to extend an invitation to a really hip virtual blues venue at SoundClick called �Coconut Blues Club�. The site is run by a wonderful blues lover from the UK, Jude Law. BLOG: "Hammer Down" # 1 on Guitar Rock Chart

Another great surprise today. "Hammer Down" reached # 1 on the Rock Guitars Chart on 1/19 and "Setting Sun" is still holding at # 1 in Blues Charts. What a great honor to be listed on the charts with all the other fantastic artists here at SoundClick. Thanks to everyone that took the time to give my songs a listen. A special thanks as well to all that have added them to your stations. I am humbled and blessed. Shine On...

I wanted to let you know that I uploaded a new song called: "Without You (Ballad of Dona)" It's actually a previously unpublished song written by my brother Paul back in the 80's. Don't let the title fool you.
