A Winnipeg travel agency flogging tickets to the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics is being sued in Texas because it failed to provide customers with tickets to the Beijing 2008 opening ceremony. Lawyer Jim Moriarty filed a class action lawsuit Tuesday against Roadtrips Inc. of Winnipeg on behalf of three people in United States District Court in Houston.
