Hello and thank you for getting this far - hope you like the songs. Please keep checking back as I'm always adding more. I've arranged the songs release order with the newest first. Thanks again, Peter.
Do you play live?
No not really.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great for discovering new artists, and although I prefer a CD as I'm always losing digital files, it's a fanstastic way to distribute music. I do miss the album/ep concept - some songs work better as a set rather than 'single' tracks.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I'm quite happy doing it all myself. I'm not really going for mass appeal!
Band History:
I've been listening to music for as long as I can remember. Bought my first guitar (a 12-string) when I was 16 - but it's only over the last few years I have been seriously writing and recording. I have recorded 4 albums 'Time for a Change', '7 Miles to Dartford', 'Home Spun' and the latest is 'The Writing's on the Wall'.
I'm also recording material as 'The Deleted' which is a name that I used many years ago. The first EP is available for free.

Your influences?
The first band I was really into was T.Rex (still love them today)! Other artists include Peter Hammill, Al Stewart, Nick Drake, Go-Betweens, Auteurs, String Driven Thing and some the of the newer generation singer/songwriters like Tom McRae and David Gray. I guess any of the above are influences! I listen to lots of different types of music.
Favorite spot?
I love the coast but I am also rather fond of Yorkshire. I prefer quiet places - not keen on big cities as I hate crowds.
Equipment used:
I have a Taylor acoustic, Epiphone electric and my trusty old 12-string Yamaha guitars and a Yamaha keyboard. Just added a cheap bass guitar - you can hear it (if you listen hard) on the new EP. All songs recorded at home on a Boss 16-track and Garageband.
