Do you play live?
Play live weekly love it connecting with fans and music people alike i love to make friends one of the perks of the music biz.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The Internet has advanced the music industry to levels not completely comprehended yet allowing musicians to let their music be heard to the masses and keeping the artist in with other artists making the indie artist not so gullable thru networking with others www.indiehangout.com being one of many sites that keep music and artists alive.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
From what i have seen and heard probably not mainly for the bad contracts so abundant today i can do it myself better with most importantly full artist control the web gives u a store to the world and even 1% of the world is not a bad take ;P

With your bad ass self! If I wanted to go out for a night of drinks, good times with friends, and music that absolutely can't be beat, I would make myself available to wherever you were playing! You sound like you love what you do, and have a great time doing it! I can hear the passion and emotion you put forth in every note! I'm glad I took the time to review this song, because it was a great listen! Thanks so much! TiffanyRae

Hey Obi!
On behalf of all the guitarist on , I welcome you! It's nice to see more and more great guitarists on this site! I love listening to all the different guitar styles. It inspires me to write different things; your music in no exception, your musical talents are just as fresh as many other elite guitar 'virtuosos' on !
I look forward in excitment to see what new idea's you'll come up with!
Until then!

Obijuan : "Nasty"
Initial impressions
- Standard..............page - LOTS of info
- Certainly seem to be an established and accomplished musician.
Well I was ready to jump all over your introductory post claiming to be an 'explosive' guitarist.....but WOW! that is exactly the word that came to mind as this track blew out my speakers. To be honest when I saw the listed influences I thought 'Oh no....not yet another instrumental guitarist that's all flash and no substance.' I mean I am certainly impressed by the Vai and Satriani wannabes but their songs usually leave me a little bored. Lemme just say I was NOT at all bored with this one. That's a hell of a riff. And what I most appreciated was that the rhythm drove the song - you stuck with that killer riff and didn't add a lot of lead guitar Satriani-like noodling on top of it. Great tone - excellent production qualities. Explosive and 'Nasty' are apt descriptions. My only complaints? The somewhat abrupt ending...(not a fan of songs that just suddenly end) and more importantly......the download option is turned off! I rarely download songs but I wanted to get this one!
Hell of a song! ! !
Thanks for submitting your music for review.

Nice range of material, showing real promise!
Nasty is high-energy, hot, and --well-- nasty, with just a little flavor of the exotic, like spring break on a sultry night in Cancun.
RGB Lala goes to the opposite extreme, lyrical and melodic and with a clear Flamenco influence. Promising vocals.
Free is a well-titled instrumental. Acoustic guitar back track with rhythm section and sailing fuzz guitar. Classic rock harmonically, with interesting tempo changes.
Para mi Madre is (just as you'd guess) another song with heavy Spanish/Latin influence. Acoustic lead guitar over acoustic guitar and congas keeps it nice and mellow, but not without backbone.
Boricua Fuego de mi Alma combines the Latin influence with progressive rock styles in an upbeat and aggressive instrumental with electric lead.
Americrapp combines Canto style with rap and makes it work. The song is not offensive as the title might suggest.
She Says is a snappy acoustic/pop song, and the best produced of the lot. More good vocals.

You are the master of the guitar, my friend! Your songs are very well produced, and are amazing from beginning to end. In each of the three genres presented here, the songs were played with a great deal of ability! Every instrument involved, in fact, was in perfect check!! The melody in each track was magically brought to life by an eclectic guitar performance, that left me speechless! Your speed and control is outstanding!! It seems as though you were born with an extrodinary talent to share with the world! You are a top notch performer, and I for one am a big fan of yours already!! Keep the music coming!! I will be listening for sure!!!!

Boricua "Fuego de mi Alma"
Passionate or wot?
This is so passionate. The percussion is spot on, well everything is. That guitar must have had to have its flames put out.
Its full of life, and fire. It reminds me a bit of some of the "Final Fantasy 8" music (only a bit , and only the feel, and it was a while since I played it...honest)
I have heard some brilliant music from today's uploads, but this is the most passionate.
