With EXCLUSIVE you own all rights to the beat. You can use the beat for all commercial(profitable) purposes. The only right I reserve is that I am credited as the producer of the beat-instrumental. You also get a disk with all the tracks to the beat also so you can mix it as you please.

With NON-EXCLUSIVE(leasing) rights you can use the beat for non profitable use (examples being websites, demos, etc). You can also use it for 1 commercial(profitable). Meaning you could sell an album with the beat. I still own these beats 100% and can lease the beat or sell the beat to others. If you are on a lower budget then your best bet is to go with leasing rights as the pricing is much lower than exclusive rights.

With a FREE DOWNLOAD you can ONLY use the beat for non-profitable purposes. In other words you cannot make any money off of the beat.
