Chrismas has become so many different things to different people. Some believe that it is the time to have fun and a time to drink and celebrate themselves ...gifts .... lots of food .... parties, etc. For the child of God, it is the time to give thanks for the priveledge to be His child through Jesus Christ ... although we do it on a daily basis. We celebrate Jesus. And yes, it's okay to give gifts .... as long as it is not a burden to you and as long as it comes from your heart with love. It always amazes me how awesome God is
to make this scene different every day.

I am crucified with Christ ... nevertheless I live ... yet not I, but Christ liveth in me ... and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith.

1. Life sometimes seems not to be fair, but it's still good, because God is in control.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God (because you dont understand), but be carefull what you say ..... He IS the Almighty Creator.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.
20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
22. Over-prepare, then go with the flow.
23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. The most important time is this moment ... now.

Friends are the family that we choose for ourselves.

It may boggle your mind and you may think that this is not true or important that Jesus Christ had to die on a cross to save our souls. Fact is, He has risen from the death and are seated in Heaven where He prepares a place for those who loves Him.... those who accepted Jesus Christ in their lives and are born again and follow Him. All people will stand before God someday soon and some will be with Jesus in Heaven and some in hell with satan and in eternal pain without God. Think about it and make a choice.... Time is running out.... Jesus loves you and truly wants to save you from eternal pain. He wants you to have a wonderful relationship with Him. If you dont know Him yet, confess with your mouth that you are a sinner, that you choose to turn away from the wicked ways. Ask God for forgiveness and invite Jesus in your heart today and thank Him for His Grace. Have a walk with Him.... worship and adore Him... ask Him to lead you and He will show you the right and eternal way. You cannot afford to be without Jesus Christ. All the best to you.
