I'm a singer. I have a few other pastimes that I enjoy, but music has been a large part of my life. I made my first public singing appearance at age four. It's been hard keeping me away from stages since.
I sing any song that appeals to me, it really doesn't matter the genre. Most would call me country. Country folks would probably call me more folk, blues or pop. Maybe I'm a mixture of them all.

Art of another form from danna:
ONE of my creative outlets has been portraitures. I returned to this hobby after a twenty year absence, for a couple of reasons. One reason is that I saw a portrait of this person, and thought my style of portraitures would perhaps present another side of him. Another reason is that this person is a favorite in our genre, admired greatly by many. Although it is not an extraordinary drawing, the artist being a little out of practice, it is the image of an extraordinary man and musician....our friend, Gene Thomas

Yes I did notice that you put Gene's video on your page.. He is awesome isn't he.. I need to email him.. and a bunch of other people. I've been working hard creating.. and now I am just wore out.. so taking the week off. Got a toothache .. so dentist time again for me. I hope you are you doing good my friend. I try to come over and visit your page at least once a week.. Sometimes I just get lost in your voice.. So beautiful Danna

Thank you for allowing me to one of your friends... Your comments about my new song made me feel really good inside. It didn't take the agony of my dilema dealing with job loss and my wifes son leaving for Afganistan about 2:30 am Monday from Wisconsin Fort McCoy. It's pretty quiet around here at the moment and reading what you wrote, like I said,, well, gave me some strength and I thank you for being a friend..Oh, I love your pictures,,You are very pretty..
