We'd like to introduce to you Cold Chillin. On New Year's Eve 2004 artists, Cirrious Phunk (Ben Johnson) & Truly Badd (Kory Strane) created their production group. They went with the name Cold Chillin because of where they were both from and the lives they had endured. Cirrious Phunk was born and raised in Minneapolis,Minnesota and Truly Badd rises from Anchorage,Alaska. The group started as a production group, but decided after hearing each other's authentic verbal & writing styles to start on an album. The album is titled "Sagittarian Gold", since both artist are of the same Zodiac sign. The first single off the album was a concept that Cirrious Phunk brought to the table. It refers to his 1985 Chevy Caprice Classic. The duo goes back & forth delivering smooth punchlines about their 85 Cap and features Cirrious Phunk singing the chorus. The single is available at Mammoth Music and 3 Amigos Restaurant.

The album is set to be released in December and features work by Ron Da Don, Ruthie, Killa Nan, Ike $aid, and more. It will be a Top of The World/Def Lab Studios release. Stay tuned and keep it Cold Chillin!!!!
